Trails System Up And Running
Not only will the trail editor allow you to see how many miles your running/cycling trails are exactly, but you can save them and will be able to incorporate them into your exercise log very soon.
You will also be able to search for trails within your vicinity, selecting a starting point and a radius to search. This feature is available to both guests and registered users, however only registered users can save trails - guests can still check the distance of a trail, see the current weather there, and browse the database of existing trails.
I am planning to have some sort of raffle system in the near future as well with a decent prize (Something like an Ipod or GPS unit) for contributions to the trail database to help encourage submissions. So it wouldn't hurt to get a head start now.

Ok, the trail finder feature is now fully functional (I believe). Please if you have a few minutes, check it out - it is under the "trails" option, or you can just click HERE to go to it.

Eat More Broccoli

Broccoli is packed full of nutrition, with a 4 ounce serving having over 150% of your daily requirements of vitamin C. It also packs in 3 grams of fiber in that same serving, as well as being a good source of vitamins B-5,B-6 and B-9.
If you find the smell of cooked broccoli to be overwhelming, try eating it raw dipped in hummus!
